Having started as a pop-up kitchen, Chez Bateau Banane has been anchored and serving fusion inspired vegetarian food to locals for over ten years.

Chef Banane insists on using only the freshest local ingredients and even adds to dishes from her own personal garden.

Inspired by her grandparent's garden as a child, Chef Banane innovates new ways of experiencing traditional food.  Each ingredient is lovingly selected and revered for its life-giving sacrifice.  Like many spiritual experiences, Chef Banane believes good natural food feeds our soul.
